Processing How it Works

Purchase in store at retail shop

Apply online and upon approval the documents will be emailed to you and the store. A sales person in store will help you to complete the paperwork and will take any required deposit. Providing your equipment is in stock you will be able to take your purchase. Dealer conditions will apply.

Purchase to be couriered

Apply online and upon approval the documents will be emailed to you and the store. Email your completed paperwork to Credit Capable. An Email will be sent confirming paperwork completion. Any required deposit is payable to your retailer. Payment Notification will be sent on your purchase dispatch date after we have received your retailers Invoice. On the purchase dispatch date your retailer will courier your order. Dealer conditions will apply.

How long will it take

The speed of your application can vary depending on the requirements of your purchase, and information provided on your application form. Gilrose Finance processing time can vary from 15 to 45 Minutes.

Setting up your repayments

Your repayments are not due to be set-up until you have received your welcome letter from Gilrose Finance. The welcome letter will be sent to the email address supplied on your application. If you have not received your welcome letter within 5 working days from collecting your purchase, call 0800 74 11 11 and dial 2 for accounts.
